Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. The actress is well-known for her stage work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. She recorded versions of R&B/pop from The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart creates. The year 2006 saw her covered the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for an edition Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show, including A Change in Me.
